- Documentation of rejection: If the KYC process is not successfully completed, the reason for rejection is recorded in the system and a support ticket is created for the user. The user receives a requisition number and a detailed explanation of the reasons for rejection;
- Approval after submission of correct documents: Once all the required documents meet the requirements and are in our possession, the user’s account is given an “approved” status, which confirms successful KYC verification.
Other Anti-Money Laundering Measures
JeetBuzz Bangladesh has also implemented a range of anti-money laundering measures to ensure full compliance with our security standards and legal requirements:
Restrictions for Users Without Full KYC
Users who have not undergone the full KYC process cannot make additional deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
Restrictions for Users Who Have Undergone the KYC Process
Users who have successfully completed the KYC process are able to continue interacting with the platform, but with certain restrictions:
- The maximum deposit limit per transaction is BDT 300,000;
- Before each withdrawal transaction, a detailed algorithm and manual check is performed to ensure that the amount requested is the result of normal activity on the platform.
Prohibition of Direct Transfer of Funds Between Users
Users cannot make direct transfers of funds to each other, as this measure serves to prevent possible abuse and to comply with financial security principles.
JeetBuzz Bangladesh applies these measures to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment and to protect the interests of all our users.
